We have extra pillows and blankets, down alternative comforter, and 3 inch memory foam topper for comfort. Windows have room blinds and darkening curtains for a great night of sleep. Smart tv in master has cable and you can stream your subscriptions as well. USB and power options on nightstand. Luggage racks, stand fan for convenience. The connected bath has vanity area, toilet and tub/shower combo. Daybed in room is a twin with thick memory foam mattress.

Two large shared swimming pools available on pool deck (one is heated in winter.) Also available outdoor hot tubs, kiddie wading pools, charcoal grills, Tiki bar, restaurant, store, shared resort indoor hot tub, small game room, small vending room, fitness room, tennis. Commercial beach chairs and umbrella available and we rent two for our guests to use during their stay, but we also supply free chairs, beach towels, bags, small cooler in unit. The resort charges $20 resort fee for resort wrist bands and parking total for one car during your stay. Parking is gated with guards at entrance.

Our space is suitable for children. Children count as occupants under the city occupancy limit. There are local concierge services that will rent you high chairs, cribs, etc. and deliver.

Check In: 3PM - Flexible

Check Out: 10AM

Check in/out on Saturdays during summer months Jun, July and first two weeks in August. We will give you the door code for access to the unit. Also check in at the Summit Resort counter in the main lobby for your pool wrist bands and parking hang tag ($27 total) for your stay.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

We do not allow third party booking. We do not allow older adults who are not traveling to book the property for groups of underage travelers. Of course, families with children are welcomed and encouraged to stay with us, but the primary renters (parents) must be 25 or older.

Maximum occupancy: undefined

PCB city ordinance limit is 1 person per 200sq.ft. until city inspection, then up to 5 people for a one bedroom. Any guests beyond that limit (including infants and children)- guest will be held financially responsible for city fine payment.

House Rules

No Smoking of any kind. No pets allowed at the resort. Only registered guests may enter the condo unit. Any violations will result in immediate cancellation of stay without refund.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds for cancellations. Please purchase travel insurance. Insuremytrip, Allianz, or others.
